COVID-19: North Dakota, the worst affected state in the US

Eight months since the start of the pandemic, the US state of North Dakota is having to allow coronavirus positive doctors and nurses into their small hospital, simply to cope with demand. 

The Governor, Doug Burgum, announced his support for face covering regulations until December 13, but not all are listening ahead of a tough period ahead of Thanksgiving.
