Supreme Court hearing for Trump’s legal battle in Pennsylvania could “throw a giant spanner in the works” of Joe Biden’s supposed victory, according to Sky News contributor Daisy Cousens.
“Believe it or not, he still has legal options available to him right now for this year, the 2020 election,” she said.
Pennsylvania Republicans have a date in the Supreme Court this week where they will argue the inclusion of late mail-in ballots is unconstitutional.
A Pennsylvania judge has reportedly suggested they are likely to succeed in the Supreme Court challenge.
“There’s a 6-3 conservative majority in the court, that could throw a giant spanner in the works,” Ms Cousens said.
“It might possibly be a photo finish, it’s so exciting. One way or another he may end up getting that second term.”
