Sky News host Peter Gleeson says the Queensland government is under “enormous pressure” over hospital ramping in the state, particularly at the Logan hospital.
“The health minister here, Yvette D’Ath, has blamed the three Cs, she’s blamed Campbell Newman, COVID, and Canberra for these problems,” he told Sky News.
Mr Gleeson said the state opposition said Queensland needed a system which gave reports to the minute of hospitals so serious cases can be dealt with in a timely manner.
“As for the solution, well Queensland health, they haven’t got a great record in fixing these issues we’ll have to see if they can come up with the right formula for this one.”
