One moment got Donald Trump ‘really fired up’ at CPAC address

Donald Trump got really fired up when he went about “naming and shaming” the Republicans who recently voted to impeach him, according to Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen.

“This was one of the most high energy moments of the entire speech,” Ms Nielsen told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

Mr Trump recently spoke to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Florida on Sunday (local time) marking his first address since President Joe Biden’s inauguration.

The former president put an end to speculation he could start his own political party declaring, “We have the Republican Party, it’s going to united and be stronger than ever before”.

He also hinted at a potential run for president in 2024, while also slamming President Biden and “weak” Republicans.
