Once everyone has had an opportunity to be vaccinated governments must stop imposing major restrictions on Australians, according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“Now once everybody who wants a vaccine has got one, then it is time to lift all restrictions for Australians,” Mr Kenny said.

“Perhaps for those coming in we could demand quarantine until the first negative test.

“But the idea that we would continue to severely limit freedoms, when we are dealing with a disease that is a very minor, very minor in its threat to the vast majority of the population, and is no threat to anyone who is vaccinated, the idea we continue authoritarian, over the top controls when everyone who wants a jab has got one, it deeply worrying. We can’t stand for it as a community.”
