Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says the federal Labor Party is “too comfortable in opposition”.
His comments come after Labor MP Chris Bowen released a new roadmap book named ‘On Charlatans’, which encourages the Labor Party to listen to the suburbs.
“I think they (Labor) love writing books and essays,” Mr Clennell told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“That’s one observation I’ve made in the last year and a bit of federal Labor, they’re too comfortable in opposition.
“There’s a lot of pipe smoking going on and not much actually going on in terms of winning back power.”
